PLACING AN ORDER:
Find the product(s) you would like to purchase on NUDE’s website
Select the colour, size of your preference and click “Add to cart”
Once you have added all products you would like, select the “Check out” option
You will be asked to enter your shipping and billing details
Review the order to see if all items and details are correct
Press “Place order”
You will receive an order confirmation via email to the email address you provided at the time of ordering
In the unlikely circumstance we would be unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be send to you on the email address you provided during time of ordering. Included will be the explanation of the issue that may have arose.
We ask you to double check all details and information provided to ensure your order is correct. Once you have selected “Place order” the order will be submitted and we are no longer able to make any changes to the order.
NUDE reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfillment on all orders placed on Nudeglass.com:
We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order in case of any of the following reasons:
The product is not available / in stock
Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
You order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself

In the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors or mistakes in the website’s information
DATA CHECK
NUDE may run checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to the order. Any orders found made under fraudulent pretenses will be followed up with an investigation.
PRICES & CURRENCY
For our customers in the International store:
The product prices included of the website are excluding sales taxes, Value added tax (VAT) and exclude any fees for custom duties and other applicable taxes and duties.

Prices may vary across our stores for US, EU, TR and International. In some countries a currency exchange rate may be applied.
Price Changes:
NUDE reserves the right to change the price of a product without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
International Store
All orders made on the International website by NUDE are dispatched from Turkey, Istanbul.

We ship from Monday to Friday excluding local public holidays.
We aim to get all the orders out for shipment within 24 hours of confirmation of payment. Tracking details, if applicable, are included in the dispatch email confirmation.
NUDE cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following reasons:
Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riots, terrorist attacks or threat of a terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failure of public or private telecommunications network.

Your order will be dispatched on our standard delivery service (3-5 days). Offer available for limited time only.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International Store
NUDE is shipping to countries outside the countries Turkey, US and Europe from the International store. For orders and delivery in Turkey, Europe or US, please visit our stores as adviced at the beginning of this policy.
NUDE reserves the right to exclude certain countries from purchasing. Currently we do not ship to: Armania, Cuba, India, Iran, North Korea, Russia Sudan and Syria.
We use payment provider With Reach on our International store, allowing you to purchase NUDE’s products in your local currency.
Customers ordering on the International store will be served with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for items purchased and the shipping only. Import duties or tax costs (where applicable) will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed to you.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion, as some countries have thresholds where no import taxes or duty fees will need to be paid, for example in Australia under AUD$1000.
If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to NUDE’s warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
By law, NUDE is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.

PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
DISCOUNT CODES
Only one discount code may be used per order.
NUDE reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.
The usage of discount codes are subject to stock availability and may be restricted by period.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotions may vary across stores and NUDE holds the right to limit the specific promotion to that specific store.
